Hello Friend,
After working four
years in an industry where daily I'm searching, reviewing, and evaluating resumes.
One thing I've not been
able to figure out that how much a resume Matters.
I worked with those
people who started their recruiting career, when there was no Smart Phones
& Emails, and still they were able to deliver the talent to the clients.
How? The answer I've got
is simple, they said it was direct communication most of the time. Today we're living in a world, People
spend more time with digital devices. So
definitely recruiting process has revolutionized too.
My responsibilities
on a daily life is completely based on how I represent a resume to my boss, and
wait to see smile on his face, when she/ he look at the resume.
So what do I see in
a resume?
I will mention some
of the hints that will allow you to understand what it means, and what I'm
talking about.
I'll suggest some
of the word you can include in your resume that will surely impress one.I've taken this from an article from an American Publication.
Sometime it’s
simple to get a job, what you need to do is just upload your resume to popular
website and you'll get it, but when it comes to the time you are struggling to
find a job.
So many things
comes in your mind, like:
Why I'm not getting a
job?
What wrong with my
skills?
Are companies no
more interested hiring me?
And you update the
job board daily, again & again with the same resume, right?
Answer to this
situation is - "Variations".
What is that?
Think again what
you've done in the past that you didn't mention in your resume yet.
You think that
skills doesn't matter and you never include it.
But wait, it’s time
to make some changes.
Not only include,
also highlight it today.
Then see the
difference.
Thanks
